This notice explains how BetInsidR processes personal data submitted through the pre-launch form.

Data we process

We process your email address, selected language, the date and version of your consent, and the confirmation or withdrawal status of your pre-registration.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data only to verify your email address and send one announcement when the new BetInsidR platform launches. The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Retention and service providers

Unconfirmed entries expire after 48 hours. Confirmed pre-registrations are retained until consent is withdrawn or no later than 30 days after the launch announcement. Supabase provides database services, Resend delivers confirmation email, and Vercel hosts the website.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data and may withdraw consent without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Every confirmation email contains a withdrawal link.
